The Force flows through anything and is part of everything. Just like Qi, Qi is about the life force that exists with every single thing. The idea of Jedi knights was heavily influenced by Asian Culture from Taoist sages, Buddhist monks, Hindu yogis, and Japanese samurais all involves an aspect of a lifelong dedicated practice to cultivate the Qi, Ki, or Prana.
There are plenty of legends about masters, among them, some can perform superhuman feats, mainly by utilizing their Qi after many years of training.
As Obi Wan puts it, “The Force is what gives a Jedi his power. It’s an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us and penetrates us; it binds the galaxy together.”
Whether you wish to become a real-life Jedi Knight or access your superhuman capabilities, everyone at any stage of life can certainly benefit from cultivating Qi. Starting with healing and detoxifying the mind and body from trauma, stress, and societal programming, feel yourself gaining internal strength and energy.
With dedication, witness the improvement in all aspects of life and finally be able to live your highest potential, that in itself is worth trying.
At the end of the day don’t we all just want to live our best lives?
