Teacher Sky, A third degree black belt martial artist will lead you through a virtual no equipment, no nonsense, body-weighted workout for the modern day warrior, blending dynamic martial arts techniques and fitness training.
Our objective is not to work the body into looking a certain way, but simply to create a strong functional body ready for every situation life presents.

What to Prepare?
- Participant’s camera: needs to be on the entire workout or they will be removed.
- Workout Mat: Essential for floor exercises and to provide cushioning.
- Comfortable Workout Clothing: Wear something flexible and breathable.
- Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the workout.
- Towel: Handy for wiping sweat during sessions.
- Equipments: None
