Teacher Sky, A third degree black belt martial artist will lead you through a virtual no equipment, no nonsense, body-weighted workout for the modern day warrior, blending dynamic martial arts techniques and fitness training.

Our objective is not to work the body into looking a certain way, but simply to create a strong functional body ready for every situation life presents.

What to Prepare?

  1. Participant’s camera: needs to be on the entire workout or they will be removed.
  2. Workout Mat: Essential for floor exercises and to provide cushioning.
  3. Comfortable Workout Clothing: Wear something flexible and breathable.
  4. Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the workout.
  5. Towel: Handy for wiping sweat during sessions.
  6. Equipments: None
