In the hustle and bustle of daily life, finding a moment of peace can be challenging. That’s why we’re inviting you to pause and rejuvenate with our online meditation session. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to meditation, this session is a perfect opportunity to relax, reflect, and reset your mind.
Our guided meditation will be hosted live on Zoom, allowing you to connect with others from the comfort of your home. This session is donation-based, so any contribution is appreciated but your presence is what matters most.

What to Prepare?
Choose clothes that are loose and comfortable. Avoid tight belts, restrictive clothing, or heavy accessories that might cause discomfort or distraction during meditation.
Meditation cushion, mat, or blanket. Some prefer to have a small shawl or blanket to stay warm as the body can cool down during stillness.
It’s best to not eat a heavy meal right before a meditation session as this can make you feel sluggish. However, a light snack can be helpful if you’re hungry. Also, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, but try to avoid drinking too much right before class to minimize discomfort.
Participation in this session is the participant’s own responsibility.
