Qigong Can Be Dangerous without Proper Guidance

In the modern-day world, most beginners are learning very advanced techniques of Qigong from books and videos that are known to be dangerous if not practiced correctly. You’ll need a teacher who can answer your questions as you move along.

When Tevia Feng, our master instructor, began learning a special form of lung Qigong, he felt what he thought was incredibly strong Qi sensations. He consulted his master and he was informed that he was not ready at that time for that Qigong because the Qi feelings he was having were not good. He would have never known that if there was no one there to guide him.

It takes time and guidance to understand both the energetic and physical properties of Qigong.
